THE FIRST YEAR FINALS
Carpe Noctem (Seize the Night) - Start of Week #32
"Study time."
Nothing could be more dull than this week. Perhaps a long hang-over will take place. Three weeks ago was the "Lasallian Days". Two weeks ago was the "Midterms". One week ago was the exciting "Media Awareness Days" + Exposure Trip to ABS-CBN. Now, well... is an abyss of notes, hand-outs, and boring regular lectures.
I'm not expecting much this week. Rather than retrieving my ID and fixing up my dorm. Perhaps a surplus in my allowance will allow me to go shopping. And I'm very much "ALL SET" for another Group Date or a Gimmick to a club or something. Not that I'm a good dancer, but I'd still like to try. I'd like to throw myself into a crowd of classmates dancing. I want to have fun.
Broadjourn Dormers Night Out will resume on Monday, and perhaps Thursday. I'm going to the GYM on Tuesday and Thursday with Alex and Vince. The Heraldo Filipino is my anchor this week... not news anchor. But literally, it's the anchor this week. I mean, 3 1/2 articles + Proofreading of the Broadsheet at HF. Ahhhhh.
For the AB COM Channel, it'll be recruitment I believe at the end of the week. More Broadjourn! I'm going to try and get myself some classmates to join... para masaya and hopefully it would be more fun.
That seems to be it though. Not much went over the weekend rather than reviewing the hallway I asked to be constructed and having a really hard time deciding which tiles go with which tiles for the Living Room. And I had so much "love" with me from the fun of last Valentine's that I had nothing in me to get my mom angry. I mean, we argue every weekend about little things. But during this past weekend, we've been calm and cool with each other.
That's all. Here's to a week of pure studies and normal College life. Wish me fun as I dive back in...
