THE BATTLE HYMN
The Damage Report - Year 2 - Ending Week #15
Background Music: "Fighting Temptation" by Missy Elliott feat. Beyonce...
NOTE: This is a weekly blog entry that summarizes a series of events of a finished week in and around La Salle.
I WANT to cry. I almost did earlier. I was in REED103 and we were listening to a revival of that beatles song with the sad tune with the lyrics that go by "...look at all the people."
I've once again fallen into an abyss of pain and heartache. And to say, half of my problems alone are actually the problems of others. I feel most of their pain. I've been such an empath that the bad things that happen to them start to affect me too.
I admit, I've drunken this past week a total of three and a half beers and just less than an hour ago a tall glass of light liquor. Actually, there are things keeping me from getting to the heavier drinks such as Red Horse and Gin... since Inazalle and Mickey's Diner don't offer those drinks.
Things have started to get worse for me these past three weeks. My main problem is a friendship that's been hanging in the balance and this person doesn't even know that. And due to his self-centeredness, a gigantic ego, and even a birthday that got in the way... well, it's made me more bitter towards him.
I'm resisting the urge to revolt and trying to calm myself down instead of throwing an "all out honest war" against this person. But thanks to my best friend I've managed to keep my cool... most of the time.
Well enough about that. I'll isolate this case and place it here.

Anyways, I arrived in La Salle last Monday during lunchtime. I had a scheduled appointment with Dean F. Antonio, who is the Dean of Student Affairs (which has to do with all the students and their businesses in the school in all the different organizations, yata yata yatta).
