GETTING TOGETHER FOR THE TWO TOWERS
Part 2 of the G7 Christmas Break reunion

LANCE was with us this time while Joy wasn't because she's at home recovering from a slight fever. Lance and Nikki arrived first just moments after I got out of bed around lunchtime.

I cleaned up my room and switched on the air condition. I took a shower while Rom had arrived. We all went into my room as I switched off the lights, release the curtains more to dim the room, and prepared Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, as our feature movie.

We had some fiesta food for lunch... BBQ sticks, beef caldereta, and some steak. We started Disk 1. Before inserting Disk 2 we prepared a whole bunch of junk foods. Butter popcorn, a giant Crunch chocolate bar, a Fruit roll-up or two from Duty Free Philippines, even this Nestle Smarties chocolate bar. Rom poured all this salt on the popcorn.

Although it was the fifth time I believe I watched "LOTR: The Two Towers", it was real fun watching it with Nikki and my other friends. The comments we'd make about the movie. It's a good movie and it made us even more excited to watch LOTR: The Return of the King next week at the cinemas.

Nikki was picked up before 6pm while Lance was convinced to stay up until around 7pm.

I had a very important conversation to Lance. It's like this prologue talk before the new year begins. It was the first time I spoke to him seriously about my definite problems and the perspectives of my friends towards me. We spoke mainly on the two issues with me recently: Badge and Tony.

I'm just about ready for 2004. This Christmas Break was a struggle between the two sides of my inner personality: the practical (comformist) and emotional (non-comformist).
