Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, AWESOME!!

Even if the title sounded, well, nevermind... the movie was the
best! I thought I would be disappointed but I wasn't and it was
worth everything. I saw the movie at the Midnight Screening at SM
Bacoor...

It had elements of Episode I next to elements of Episode IV to VI...
like the star destroyer making a "cameo" apperance at the end... and
all those droids like in Episode I...

Natalie Portman (Senator Padme Amidala) was tremendous!! Just as tremendous as she is in Cataclysm. And the whole Episode II was amazing. They went to many different places... a planet that is all oceanic and raining all the time... a planet that is all rock and insect infested... we saw a lot more of Coruscant (center and main planet of the Galactic Republic)... like Coruscant in the night, in the day, at sunrise, at sunset... and at the start of the movie... in a dreamy cloudy day with skyscrapers bursting above the clouds...

The love story wasn't over done at the same time not poorly done... it was just perfect. The love theme "Across The Stars" was great... and I thought the ending was going to be sad like what they said... it was sad... but they threw in a happy part that gave the movie a conclusion that i was looking for (unlike "Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring", which was like non-stop... it felt like it had no gravity... the story of Lord of the Rings was too grand).

Hayden Christensen or however you spell his name was ok in character. You could really see his skills as a Jedi... and his blue lightsaber in which Luke will attain in Episode IV was the one he was using.

My favorite sequence? The whole movie! Um... the middle was a little soft though, but the beginning during the nighttime Coruscant chase and the Clones vs. Droids on Geonosis at the end was cool. But the scene that stuck out the most to me was on Geonosis with Padme Amidala and Anakin Skywalker inside the Droid Factory. The shots were excellent, with Padme in her white suit escaping from being melted and crushed... the lights... and then the comic relief with C3PO.

Which reminds me, one of the few things if not only thing i kind of disliked in the movie was the lack of constant funny jokes. I believe most of the jokes belonged to C3PO and R2D2... and sometimes the jokes were too far apart and the movie would be in a serious drift of romance and action.

My favorite planet seen in the movie? It has got to be Coruscant... we saw more of it and it was exciting. We saw Naboo... peaceful for now. Tatooine, well it was the classic planet in all starwars films... the only thing that made it great in Episode II was seeing the Lars place... we got to see the young version of Luke's Aunt Beru and Uncle something...

New planets also emerged. Like Geonosis... insect world but home to the production of war machines. And Kamina... planet with the long necked people... very white but oceanic and rainy... clones come from there.

We didn't see Alderon... Algeron... whatever. I'm sure we'll see that in Episode III.

It was so cool. The Jedi Battles... it was a complete story and one important part in the Star Wars Saga.

I want to watch it again... and again...
