1. When it comes to your online journal, do you write for yourself or for an audience? Why do you write in this manner?
- I like to think I'm writing to myself but it's obvious there's someone else reading this so I can't cover up that fact. I write for myself because I'm finding more interesting ways to keep my life recorded somewhere.
2. What kinds of personal limits do you set for yourself when you "blog" -- content-wise (not gonna write about sexual exploits!), practice-wise (no deleting of entries, no editing other than links/punctuation/grammar after half an hour of posting), otherwise?
- I limit myself content-wise about daily events about my family and parts of my own personal life that just won't fit in with this Blog. Practice-wise... I don't limit myself. I'm still exploring these Blogs and the features they have. I limit myself other-wise by not including controversial issues with my friends. I'm focused on more positive upbeat posts.
3. Have you ever gotten in trouble because of your online journal? If so, how? If not, in what ways can an online journal be potentially troublesome?
- Only for staying up late and typing late and using the computer longer then usual now. But not in serious trouble. In ways a journal can be potentially troublesome... I guess If I add any entries about negative parts of my life lately like having a fight with someone and showing it all on the internet. I won't do that, but I know that would be very troublesome If I did.
4. Have you met any interesting people purely through blogging? Who are they? Have you had any interesting relationships (not necessarily romantic) start because of blogging? In what ways were they interesting?
- I'm still new to blogging and I am very very interested in meeting other people. Especially other people my age because I want to know how they deal with their lives. Basically, blogging is a way a few of my friends from high school can stay in contact with me or they can get an update about me.
5. Have any offline aspects of your life (offline friendships, work habits, sleeping habits, etc.) changed because of blogging? Why?
- I sleep late. My internet life has been greatly affected. Blogging is about 50% now of my surfing. It'll decrease as time goes on.
6. Do you tell everyone that you have an online journal? If not, who do you choose to tell?
- I don't advertise and go on and on about having a Blog. I am not hiding my blog from anyone, at the same time I'm not splashing it in front of their faces. If they want to know about me, they come here. And I welcome that.
7. Are there any particular online journals that you love to nitpick? Where and why? ;)
- I'm still very very new to blogs. I mostly hang by my friends' blogs.
