UNIVERSITY BREAK
With Kuya Rehyan, Jhen, Kate, and Jessica Joy
This is the first time I've taken advantage and use of the DLSU-D University Break which is on Lunch times on Wednesdays. Also the first time I've surfed at the ERS (internet center inside DLSU-D) for a long time now. I've visited my high school friends' blogs on this short one-hour time to use the net. Here's what I've gotten to know either from a given blog/journal or thru txt:
Erika's (thru txt and her blog)
- No update yet, we've been txting each other. The latest news in her blog about her is her possible entry into the literary folio "Malate" (i thought that was a place?)... at TAFT. She's taking up LITERATURE there at Taft, a counterpart "Liberal Arts" student cuz' I'm also Liberal Arts here at DASMA.
Bryan's (thru y! msgr. and his blog)
- He's updated his blog to VERSION 2.0. There goes my apprentice already growing stronger than me! I gave him BlogFever as Erika gave BlogFever to me.
- He's ok and from chatting last weekend with him, he's going to choose going to HIGH SCHOOL again in the states so he can catch up on units, brush up, and clean his record after the Atheneum aftermath. I support him, plus... high school in the states can shape him to become whatever he wants to become wherein i believe now he's kinda weary. ü
Candy's (thru txt and her UJournal)
- She's been busy with studying. We haven't met in person in a while already (well, last Buwan ng Wika... but barely). Candy's been concentrating on her studies a lot. Back in Atheneum, I remember she didn't really feel like becoming an honor student. But she has potential, and she's using it now here at DLSU-D in Nursing. Go for it Candy!
Joy (thru txt)
- She didn't make it to an Organization she tried to get in. Which involves dressing up as school materials, and from her and in one case... someone dressing as a "Ikot" jeepnee ride there in UP.
- Try again Joy, and there are other orgs too. I know you can do it. Brush up on your writing, join the publication (which was abolished, i dunno?) or some writing group.
Nikki (thru txt)
- She txt'd me if I had a Recollection like Lance did earlier this week. I replied "mine is in September" and when I asked how's her life at UP Diliman, she said nothing's really been happening.
- But alls' we know... she could be the busiest girl here. Speak up Nikki... speak up! Haha. ü
- I need to ask Bryan. Bryan knows more still about her then I do.
Lance (thru talking, we're room mates)
- He's kept his cool, once again. Had his retreat. Bought a heavy drink and didn't drink it. Heh heh.
- Lately he's just chilling at the dorm being his ******** self no offense. Open up dude.
Woops, it's time already here at ERS. I gotta go now.
