A VARIETY SHOW AND A SEMINAR
Carpe Noctem (Seize the Night) - Week #17
NOTE: this is a post that is made prior to moving back to the dorm and is usually posted on sunday nights.
It's getting late. So I must hurry.
The end of the beginning is near.
The clutches of the Organizations will free me, I think.
On Monday it'll start extra early at 0830 HRS at the CVR. Our Sining Professor (same as my Basic Filipino professor) will show us the BUWAN NG WIKA parade and the JOU1-1 NEWSCASTING video tapes! We won 3rd place in the parade but we failed to see the 1st, 2nd place as well as the other performers. It's exciting. On the newscasting it's going to be seeing ourselves. Hahahaha.
Then it's another Kasaysayan make-up class followed by a lunchbreak then an Intro, then an off-campus trip for NSTP-CWTSP for surveying and documentation. When I return, I'll be attending an All for the Love of Thee rehearsal at the Chapel and then a mandatory VPAPU meeting at Gate 1 afterwards.
On Tuesday AM we'll be practicing for our JOU1-1 Variety Show in Literature. It'll be in the evening, 6pm with our professors invited.
On Wednesday and Thursday it'll be the eve of the FINALS. Not that the FINALS are this week, but that this week will be studying and last-minute fixing and tuning up of grades for the FINALS. And in some subjects like BASIC FILIPINO/SINING and a critical quiz in ECOLOGY and KASAYSAYAN... they'll have to be transferred to an earlier date.
Why?
On Friday to Sunday is the HF. Yes I did say that the clutches of organizations have left, but this one isn't a clutch. The HF is lifting it's hands, palm up, holding it's writers and editors for a transportation-provided trip to the LUNDUYAN 2002 Seminar at Ateneo de Manila University. I'll be attending only up until Saturday night where I'll get picked up from DLSU-D to return home next weekend.
And this week the UAAP Final and Last Game between DLSU (Animo! LASALLE!!!) and ADMU (see you on Friday!!!).
Here's to an Academically charged week.
