The Tuesday and Thursday 3-hour break in the morning has got it's Broadjourn scrambling around trying to find other things to do. I myself haven't seen the other groups and what they do from 0830 until 1130 hrs. Maybe they go to ERS, maybe some go to sleep, maybe some go their respective Organizations, I don't know yet.
What I do know is that I've joined Ate Angge and Company (which by the way, is now minus Erian :/ ) and we would go straight to 7-11 after our dismissal from our Comm Arts and Skills (English) class. We'd stock up on supplies in the early morning and grab a jeepnee to ourselves (since we come by numbers and get into an empty jeepnee) to where we would get off at some Orange Tricycles waiting zone.
We would then be on two or three orange tricycles venturing off into Ate Angge's subdivision place where we'd go down all these streets. We would then arrive at her house and prepare to watch a VCD (usually original) movie.
Last Tuesday it was "Save the last dance." which I had already seen but enjoyed watching it with a new group of friends.
And then this morning, we watched "Moulin Rouge", which I've already seen and again enjoyed watching with a new group of friends. I learned and cleared the story more by watching it again this time. I now see what this "Elephant" is that Satine lives in.
I was also reawakened by Ewan McGregor's line near the end of the movie about how frustrated and sad he was over his obsession of love. Not in the green minded case of course! But the true meaning of it. It was sad to hear it and it was a crucial line to that point of the movie. Bravo.
The movie ended 5 minutes till class and we had 2 or 3 kilometers, maybe 4, to get back into La Salle for our Sociology class. We rushed back and then made it late, but there wasn't anything heavy going on.
Some additional words...
Ate Angge it was really fun, again! Joanna, nice balancing with the TV Volume! Shiela, ok ka lang about the ending of the movie?
I had blue pepsi and it colored a part of my lip which made everyone laugh by the way during the movie. Kuya Rheyan watched with us this time. Cindy and Ara wearn't with us today compared to Tuesday. Kate Mamon and I both had hot noodles. Ate Angge had yaki soba but she put the mix in and then put the hot water, which would make soup not yaki soba! Hahahaha.
Wilda and Jerson followed up because we all went ahead of them.
Next Tuesday again! ^_^
