Background Music: "Rainy Dayz" by Ja Rule and Mary J. Blige
My mind shut down today, sort of. I just realized, now that it has been nearly 24 hours since my last entry... that I was basically drooling inside of my room doing nothing. Absolutely nothing productive. I was a zombie when I watched Star Trek Generations (the movie) and Star Trek First Contact on TV. The computer has been on for over ten hours (with the monitor off most of the time) and I didn't do any solid work on any website. It was just on. I fiddled with old programs and old games. A Mud Slinging Game that I recall a High School friend and I used to play when we had nothing to do then.
It's like my mind was set to wait till Midnight so I could surf again. The Pacific Internet E-Volve Prepaid Card has this FREE 5 HOURS Promo but you can only use the FREE HOURS from 12mn to 7am.
We shouldn't even be using a Prepaid card. We have been loyal subscribers to Pacific Internet Postpaid for three years. In fact, they sent us a "Happy Anniversary" card which we can avail a 10% discount on our by-month rates plus one free month. We also have a lot of Pacific Perks Points which, when I visited their website, we can claim a mini-CD Tower.
But, all of the above is undermined with their suddenly horrible service. Constant disconnections, changing dial-ups without informing us beforehand, and most recently... moving their Cavite Office without calling us that they changed their location from Imus to Bacoor.
And still, I find it hard to believe there's any better service other than Pacific Internet... an international ISP. The only other one I am interested in is PLDT VIBE since we have a PLDT Landline Number. However, it seems this service isn't available in Cavite. I will have to check on that.
Anyways, in the last hour (11 o'clock in the evening) I did manage to scrap up ideas in my head to change the banner once more. The new banner is a collage of recent studio pictures. The quality of these are supurb on my computer, but when I upload it to the tight bandwidth of the "free image hosting" I am currently using... I have to decrease the quality just to let it load faster and easier for everyone. That explains why many images here are not at their best quality.
But once I buy that webspace, who cares about the limitations! The boundries of the account I'm buying very very soon is still pretty far and wide for a small website maker such as myself. ^o^ I'll put up the best images, and I'll put images to enhance all the designs and architecture of all my work on the web. No more limitations.
Before I get that webspace, I want to clear some things up with Pacific Internet. To find out why they suspended theri services without giving us notice and to find out what happened to their service in the first place.
