Matrix Reloaded "again" at Alabang Town Center

Monday's over. A bit rough. A bit different. But it's over and I'm looking forward to a better Tuesday.

I woke up to go to class this morning and found out the new blue polo I bought was quite large. I mean, If I put my arms on my side, the whole thing would make me look like a giant three-year-old sporting a blue polo. And I stood in front of the electric fan and anticipated the air. It blew and it made me look like a balloon. And to say, I love this polo. I didn't want to give up.

My complaints landed my mom getting mad at me since she felt I was blaming her. But I really wasn't, it was just the way I stressed out with big clothes. Instead of wearing that, I wore another regular polo from my small wardrobe. The air condition was also so cold and the water in the shower was cold, so I was so slow. So slow, I left the house around 9 o'clock in the morning! I gave up going to my English class and instead ended up on-campus for my Philo103 class just to get my grade. Course Card will be distributed on the 27th, sheesh.

We explained to the class our plans for the Broadjourn Website and they didn't sound so excited. "They have no idea what they're about to see..." so I didn't mind the lifeless reactions after informing them of the latest developments. I'm not going to play this one out like my boring High School days: Make a website, advertise it, period.

Nope. PROJECT BJ6 will be: Make a website, advertise it, make it a powerful icon of Broadjourn at DLSU-D, make it so good it is eligible to enter website competitions such as the Philippine Web Awards or something. Ambitious I know, but the point is... this is a REAL website we're coming up with.

Afterwards Ate Angge, Rona, Arazelli, Ayesha, Kate, Jezire, and myself got on-board Apple's L300 vehicle parked outside and her brother (Kuya) Allan was the driver. We first went to Silang to Ara's house so she could get some extra cash then we proceeded to San Pablo in Laguna to Apple's house and then to pick up Apple's boyfriend Richard.

We went to ATC afterwards and ate at the food court. Some of us had a craving for BBQ. I enjoyed some BBQ and then we went to Picture City to have a studio picture. Eight of us all in all, and then I noticed I was wearing the same polo in a previous Studio Picture (with the dorm tropa at Festival in late-March). So I had to wear my shades to change the look a little.

Afterwards we split up already. Everyone left while Kate, Ate Angge, and I were to watch Matrix Reloaded at Cinema 2 for P100. We scrolled around the giant Olympic Village before entering the cinema and being shown trailers about ships (again). Kate and Ate Angge said some artista was sitting behind us... the young woman in some show named "The Exchange" on Channel 5 was it? I didn't know them, but having an artista sitting behind you in a theater was an odd feeling.

Ate Angge gave me P100 to buy us three some snacks. I went outside and ordered and it went up to P120 for one giant sized popcorn box with two extra large drinks. We watched the movie. In comparison to SM Bacoor's "version", it was almost the same except I think I enjoyed it more at SM Bacoor because of the balcony setting and the sound system. ATC was a bit too "contained in one cinema" compared to SM Bacoor's "echo on the walls" effect.

Still, it was fun watching it again. I got to understand things that I didn't understand the first time I watched it. It made me more excited for Matrix Revolutions in November.

Afterwards we went outside and walked to the San Mig pub where Ate Angge's mom works. Then we all dropped Ate Angge to some underground floor with lots of derm shops and clinics. She went to get a facial while Kate and I scrolled towards the plaza area where some people were doing Taebo. After receiving a txt-msg that Ayesha wouldn't be returning to ATC to give us our studio pictures, we decided to go home.

I was in a rush to go home because there were three shows to watch tonight. The very last episode of Star Trek Voyager "Endgame, Part II" at 8 o'clock unfortunately simultaneous with Buffy's Season 6 Ender, then of course an all new episode of Charmed about the "House of Fear".

I also had to pass by SM Bacoor to switch my large polo for a medium or small polo. It was my first time commuting from ATC towards home and not taking a van or anything. Kate got off at SM Southmall and for the first time I knew where the traffic hotspots were. "Casimiro... Moonwalk... Zapote Kabila..."

I took a babybus from Zapote and lots of traffic before getting to SM Bacoor. I think while I was walking really fast towards Penshoppe I passed by K-Anne, a high school classmate. I didn't see her until I passed her side. But I think she did see me... she just turned her head down pretending she didn't see me since it was just so sudden. I haven't seen her since graduation night over a year ago! How can I say she did see me? Well, she was talking to her friend and I know that look when you know someone about to pass you by and you just wanted to show you are pre-occupied with someone else.

Heheh. I made a fuss out of it. It's High School that's why, any batchmate spottings (non-DLSU-D) I'll talk about here.

I went up to Penshoppe and the lady kindly exchanged the large polo for any smaller size. The "Small" was small, and the "Medium" was just fine. I left and rushed out of SM to board a Naic Bacao Centennial... thank you.

I rushed home as fast as I could and got home around 8:15pm to find the TV/VCR repairman finishing re-installing my VCR to my TV since a tape got stuck in it last weekend. And then I watched the final hour of Voyager... the ending made me want to cry... for it was such a long long journey for them and they finally made it back. And to say, I've only seen the last three episodes of the entire series... all the dramatic stories in the past three seasons I've missed I haven't seen yet.

And on Buffy, I managed to watch the very end of its Season ender. Spike with a soul?

Of course on Charmed, the "House of Fear". The first time to see an old demon re-appear three times that span five seasons. From the 1st and 2nd Season, and now in the 5th Season. Barbas, Demon of Fear, is finally vanquished. And Cole's fate... we can all see it coming now.

That was it for today. I'm sleepy. Class Card distribution for English102 tomorrow and I'm going to retrieve my pre-registration as well as do some articles if possible. Good night.
