KEEPING MYSELF BUSY

Trying to keep up with the daily changes has been a hobby of mine in the past few weeks. I'm doing everything to keep my mind off my problems and by looking on the brighter side of things. That's what I told Leah. As Billy Crawford would put it, "Save your problems for the rainy days."

The new clinic's unusual waiting area.

I went to the gym with Tope yesterday and we've decided to make it a routine every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We usually get dismissed early in Broadcast Management (1:00 to 3:00 pm) and end up floating around afterschool.

At HF, I've proofread and I've finished my column. I'm still proofreading as freshly made pages are printed from the LS Special.

Tope shows off his back muscles, henna remnants.

There's this silent wake after 3:00 pm when our classes end. I don't want to go to SM since I'm saving money. I don't want to go to the dorm since it's boring there. I'm just hanging out with Tope.

Right now some of my muscles are sore. I didn't feel so motivated at the gym yesterday. I thought about how I wasted last year's improvement in my fitness program, which lasted a record five months. I had results, I saw both my abs and chest start taking shape. When the home gym broke down, it only added to the weight of major subjects which took down the program.

Incoming Teatro President Arjay posting a note.

I'm not planning on weight gaining until after college. However, I want to start improving my nutrition and I want to do exercises that will improve my sleeping habits and overall flow of energy.
