METROPOLITAN RAIN
I accompanied Tom to Quezon City earlier to retrieve his laptop. He had it repaired for the second time since there was this glitch with the LCD. The service at Ynzal Computers is wonderful. My future iMac computer might just come from that place (depends on what my dad thinks about it when he arrives sometime in the next few weeks).

Tom, proud owner of an Macintosh iBook.
We left Dasma early in the morning to catch a bus bound for Pasay LRT-MRT. We ate at Jollibee Metropoint before boarding an MRT bound for QC. We got off at Quezon Avenue station and took a tricycle to get to Ynzal. We retrieved the laptop and that was that.
Since I didn't have class with Mr. Geslani today, I could arrive at La Salle at 4:00 PM for Mr. Calo's class rather than 12:00 NN for Mr. Geslani. Tom and I debated over where we could go. I wanted to go to G4, he wanted SM Megamall.
Eventually, we both went to where we haven't been before. Greenhills Shopping Center.

The MRT on such a rainy day.
We took the MRT again and got off at Shaw Boulevard before taking this long walk to get a taxi that took us to Greenhills Shopping Center. Once we arrived, we both got very excited since it was new territory.
The mall is old, but what they offer inside is so diverse. They have so many tiangge stalls and it was something that reminded me of my mom. "My mom would love this place" I thought while walking around.

A picture of us at the Ortigas MRT station.
Tom went searching for software for his iBook while I bought myself a pack of 10 CD-R's since I need to backup files from home. We ate at Bangus, this authentic Filipino resto-food concept. We didn't order their famous bangus though, we just enjoyed Sinigang na Hipon and Dinuguan na Baboy. For the Php 500.00 we spent there, I think we could've enjoyed more elsewhere.

Tom and the sinigang na hipon.
We took a taxi again to return us to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station. We rode it and got off at Ayala MRT this time to cross into SM Makati and G4. We waited for a Jasper Jean bus at the terminal and returned back to Dasma.
I hate Jasper Jean buses. They are so old, like the oldest buses you see on the roads today. The one we rode was probably on fire somewhere because every few minutes it smelt like the bus was going to explode. It did not feel good.

Reading an issue of 'People's Journal Tonight'.
Based on that experience, I really suggest people not to take this liner. It's old, it's so old. Take the safer Saint Anthony or the Saulog, not the Jasper Jean.
We arrived at DLSU-D around 5:00 PM and I still made it to class, managed to recite, and get 24/26 on our long quiz for Mr. Calo. (Amazing!!!)
